In order to strengthen and expand our position even further, we have an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager based in California.

Primary job responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities for prospective strategic business partners through market analysis or customer segmentation
- Establish relationships with viable partners
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Meet or exceed quotas and objectives for strategic business partnerships and prepare forecast reports for management review
- Establish and maintain professional business relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction through delivery of exceptional service, both through the sales process and beyond, that leads to profitable growth and client references
Requirements:
- BA/BS, MBA a plus
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in the energy efficiency industry
- Proven success in establishing and expanding client relationships
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Highly ethical, professional, and consultative selling style
