Senior Project Manager (Nationwide positions available)
Lime Energy is looking to fill our Sr. Project Manager position in Seattle, WA. We are seeking an individual who holds the appropriate Washington state commercial electrical licenses to allow direct electrical installations by Lime Energy.
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of lighting projects within the region. This position will manage and oversee the efforts of the Project Management Staff, Installation Staff, and Warehouse/Helper Staff. It will work with Sales and Senior Management to monitor, track and report construction progress and status; provide detail required for project invoicing and client interaction.
This position performs lighting installations, service, maintenance, electrical work, and repairs. It directs, manages, and controls onsite installation activities, including management of sub-contractors.

Energy Engineer Position (New York, NY)

The Energy Engineer identifies and analyzes measures that increase efficiency and improve reliability of electrical and mechanical systems. He/she also leads the process of implementing these measures for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess: degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or engineering technology; 3 to 5 years experience in engineering design and/or facilities operation, a broad knowledge of building systems (HVAC, process, lighting, etc.); understanding of utility (electric and gas) tariffs, rate structures and incentive programs; experience in performing energy audits and energy calculations (spreadsheet, DOE 2, Trane Trace, etc), lifecycle economic analyses, and construction cost estimating; experience in project management and construction oversight, and experience in commissioning, operator training and start-up of new systems or re-commissioning of existing systems.
