Lime Energy is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, with some Office Management responsibilities, to work in our New York City office. This position will include the following responsibilities:

• Perform office administrative functions to include answering phones, handling fax and copy machine functions, preparing, sending and receiving mail, UPS packages, and deliveries, maintaining phone lists, ordering supplies, collecting and faxing timesheets on a weekly basis, maintaining and updating company cell phones, making travel arrangements, handling meeting arrangements, etc.
• Responsible for order entry process to include creating and maintaining project files, job folders, invoicing, and tracking of project costs.
• Bookkeeping and various accounting functions including receiving invoices, obtaining approval and entering into accounting system, sending back-up paperwork to Corporate Accounting Dept. for invoicing, printing and mailing invoices, and updating the invoice log.
• Maintaining employee records and paperwork, including new hire packages, benefits and HR paperwork, timesheets, vacation time, and expenses. Working directly with our Corporate Office HR and Accounting departments.
• Support field technicians and operations team as needed. Includes ordering NYC Parking Cards, processing Parking Tickets, processing Work Orders, managing company vehicles (inspections, registrations, repairs, etc), and so on. Also responsible for assisting with inventory and creating purchase orders.
• Support sales staff in proposal preparation, sales marketing, and lead generation.
• Work with outside IT and Phone Support companies to make changes and troubleshoot systems when needed. Set-up new employees with computers, phones, and necessary items.
• Work with building management if problems arise. Manage cleaning company, security company, and locksmith.
• Assist managers in various support functions.

Senior Project Manager (Nationwide positions available)

Lime Energy is looking to fill our Sr. Project Manager position in Seattle, WA. We are seeking an individual who holds the appropriate Washington state commercial electrical licenses to allow direct electrical installations by Lime Energy.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of lighting projects within the region. This position will manage and oversee the efforts of the Project Management Staff, Installation Staff, and Warehouse/Helper Staff. It will work with Sales and Senior Management to monitor, track and report construction progress and status; provide detail required for project invoicing and client interaction.

This position performs lighting installations, service, maintenance, electrical work, and repairs. It directs, manages, and controls onsite installation activities, including management of sub-contractors.

The Energy Engineer identifies and analyzes measures that increase efficiency and improve reliability of electrical and mechanical systems. He/she also leads the process of implementing these measures for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess: degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or engineering technology; 3 to 5 years experience in engineering design and/or facilities operation, a broad knowledge of building systems (HVAC, process, lighting, etc.); understanding of utility (electric and gas) tariffs, rate structures and incentive programs; experience in performing energy audits and energy calculations (spreadsheet, DOE 2, Trane Trace, etc), lifecycle economic analyses, and construction cost estimating; experience in project management and construction oversight, and experience in commissioning, operator training and start-up of new systems or re-commissioning of existing systems.

Good communication skills and demonstrated competence in technical writing are a must. Experience with energy performance contracting or design/build projects is a plus.
