Mr. Smith is responsible for leading Lime's delivery teams and operations. 

Mr. Smith has over 20 years of cumulative experience in utilities and facility maintenance, project management, energy conservation project development and international construction expertise.  His project experience includes HVAC, heat recovery, boiler systems, process water, waste water treatment plants, alternative fuels, controls, cogeneration, electrical substation and switchgear, compressed air, lighting and renewable technologies that include landfill gas, biomass, solar and geothermal.

He has also developed major infrastructure upgrades through operational and maintenance savings, and utility outsourcing and asset monetization projects with a focus on ongoing efficiency and operations and maintenance costs.

During his 20 year career Mr. Smith has been a strong advocate of energy efficiency and renewable technology advancements that continue to reduce the carbon footprint and increase sustainable awareness. Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
