Duane Reade corporate now has an enterprise-wide Energy Management plan inclusive of standards for all facilities.
With over 235 diverse locations (and growing) in the NY-metro area, it was critical for Duane Reade to have a centralized repository of all equipment at each location. The sites ranged from single occupancy buildings to multi-story facilities. The scope of the project was to install Lime Energy's eMAC system on all HVAC units. UMACs were to be installed on lighting panels for all stores with the exception of those that were open 24 Hours.
