There are an average of four eMACs and one uMAC per Modell’s location, covering nine states and ensuring eMAC deployment in all Modell’s facilities. A Lime Energy Technical Service Specialist is operating within Modell’s facility department and ensuring daily interaction with Modell’s senior management, store personnel and HVAC mechanical vendors. The focus of an onsite Lime Energy TSS is to support and assist with the processing of site space temperature complaints,, energy savings analysis, HVAC equipment availability, and HVAC repair cost avoidance. In addition, Modell’s received a detailed database of on site HVAC equipment including size, make and model number and condition of equipment, a database of required and completed HVAC repairs, and equipment and site specific performance reports including energy consumption and repair costs.
