Lime Energy's platform offers both national and local solutions for energy service companies (ESCOs).

With our long history of supporting the ESCO community, we understand challenges from the RFQ, to the RFP, to the IGA.

Our development process is aligned to support each stage of delivery.  We are prepared to refine the scope and savings through multiple iterations so that the right paybacks are achieved without delay or multiple site visits.

Initial site investigations are automated to capture existing conditions the first time.  The information is then downloaded to our database, which allows Lime to offer various designs and paybacks for varying site conditions across a wide range of technologies.

Lime Energy has completed projects ranging from central energy plants for colleges to large scale combined heat and power plants for industrial facilities. We’ve also worked with local elementary, middle and high schools to implement new high performance lighting, improved water efficiency through solar thermal applications, as well as rain harvesting and upgraded envelope to reduce infiltration.
