President/Chief Executive Officer
Under Adam’s direction, Lime Energy expanded rapidly and is now a leader in energy efficiency programs for small and midsized businesses. He oversees all of Lime’s operating groups, creating and executing strategies for program implementation, client relationships, business growth and product development. Adam brings a wealth of industry experience to Lime, including 12 years with AECOM Energy where he helped develop and manage over $2 billion worth of clean energy programs. With a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management, he excels at working with public officials to develop regulations and legislation. He also has participated in a variety of working groups and committees on energy and sustainability policy.
Chief Operating Officer
Philip oversees the implementation of Lime’s national utility solutions business as well as the expansion of its energy efficiency products and services into new market sectors across the country. In addition, he focuses on building efficiencies in the company’s project implementation and supply chain management. Philip brings more than 25 years of management and operations experience to Lime. He served as vice president of field service operations for Altice USA. Under his leadership, the company reduced operating costs and workplace accidents while improving service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prior to Altice, Philip served as senior vice president of HomeServe USA, and held director and senior management positions at ADT Security Systems and GPU First Energy.
Executive Vice President, Operations
Alex is responsible for business development, client management and innovation for Lime. Over the last five years, he has led the development of Lime’s portfolio of utility energy efficiency programs, including innovations to allow our utility clients to scale energy efficiency for hard-to-reach customer segments. With 22 years of program design and implementation experience, he spent seven years at National Grid in engineering and efficiency program design and worked to develop their unregulated business, KeySpan Energy Solutions. He co-founded two technology firms and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern Business School.
Senior Vice President, Technology
Alex directs Lime’s technology development and program technology teams, and he also assists with defining the strategic direction and development of Lime’s technology solutions. He’s directly responsible for the architecture, design and development of the DirectInstall™ technology platform. He earned his degree from the Waterford Institute of Technology and has more than 18 years of experience developing software applications, implementing complex projects and devising technical product solutions.
Senior Vice President, Corporate/Product Development
Arjun has been a major contributor in the development of Lime’s utility programs business and in the evolution of our award-winning performance-based program design for marquee clients. He also oversaw the product development of our industry-leading technology platform, Direct Install, that enables hundreds of thousands of small businesses to seamlessly participate in energy efficiency. Today, he continues the effort to bring innovation to energy efficiency by leading the development of new technology and services, disruptive business models and partnerships across Lime Energy. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California and is a certified energy manager.
Executive Chairman of the Board
Joining us in June 2015, Andreas is a partner at Bison Capital and joined Lime’s board in June 2015. Previously, he was co-head of the Private Capital Investing Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., a platform dedicated to making private equity and debt investments in growth and middle market companies based in North America. He also worked as a senior managing director in the Private Equity Group of GE Asset Management (GEAM), the investment management arm of General Electric Company, and received a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University.
Gregory is the vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Datalink Corporation, an information storage architect. He joined our board in 2006. His experience includes similar positions with Computer Network Technology Corporation; Tricord Systems Inc., a manufacturer of enterprise servers; and Cray Computer Corporation, a development stage company engaged in the design of supercomputers.
Christopher is managing director of KGC Capital, a private equity firm.
Tommy is the managing director of The Hurvis Group, a privately held investment firm. He oversees the company’s finances and strategic planning. Tommy began his career with a national accounting firm, where he assisted companies and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, corporate taxation, federal and state compliance, multi-state taxation, individual taxation, estate planning and more. He joined Lime Energy in September 2014. Tommy is a licensed certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Peter is a partner at Bison Capital. He served as managing director of BlackRock Kelso Capital Management and was a co-founding partner of Windward Capital Partners. He also was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of CS First Boston. Peter currently serves on the Board of Directors of GTS Holdings Inc. and United Therapies Holding and previously served on the boards of WestStar TV Limited, The Center for Wound Healing Inc. and numerous Windward portfolio companies. He earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.
