The month of August has been filled with news of Lime Energy’s HQ move to North Carolina

 

Lime Energy was welcomed to North Carolina at the September 7 Splash of Lime event in Charlotte.  The reception hosted by the N.C. Sustainable Energy Association, featured Lime Energy’s and North Carolina’s business and community leaders, including Gov. Bev Perdue, Commerce Secretary Keith Crisco, Mayor of Charlotte, Anthony Foxx, Mayor of Davidson, John Woods, and the Mayor of Huntersville, Jill Swain.

The event was covered by several outlets including the Charlotte Business Journal.  Lime live tweeted the event on Lime Energy’s Twitter Profile.  You can view pictures of the event on Twitter or Facebook.

Late last month, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce also welcomed Lime Energy with a event. Bob Morgan, president was quoted as saying “We are thrilled to have a clean energy company with the capabilities of Lime Energy become a key member of our growing energy sector. We know they will bring another skill set to the table to further diversify our base of energy companies.”
