Our Energy Service Representatives (ESR) are outfitted with an Apple iPad and loaded with LimeEnerworks Remote. Once the ESR completes a walkthrough of the facility and the cost-effective measures are identified, we enter them into the database (Lime EnerWorks™) which tracks by facility location and is formatted into a site-specific report for customer presentation as well as signature and payment capture. This report along with project metrics can be easily uploaded electronically to your chosen program management tool.
After an on-the-spot assessment at the customer facility, the customer will be presented an easy-to-understand proposal that the energy service rep thoroughly reviews with the customer to complete their experience. The proposal report customers receive is comprehensive, and helps these small business customers visualize the immediate and projected energy savings, and understand what total costs would be across multiple payment options resulting in higher enrollment.
